It’s raining Mangoes at Vegnation

Vegnation, the specialty vegetarian restaurant from the CavinKare FMCG conglomerate, is celebrating the summer with what many of us Chennaiites associate with the season – mangoes! The restaurant will be offering its customers a special ‘Mango Menu’ which includes a range of delicious food and drinks all made using the King of Fruits. The chef at Vegnation has planned an elaborate mix of salads including the ‘Peachy Mango Salsa’, ‘Mango Avocado’, ‘Alfonso Salad’, ‘Mango Yoghurt Salad’, ‘Pudina Mango’ salad as well as a traditional one called the ‘Kurvempoo Maampazham’ salad.

There are a number of thirst quenchers to choose from including the Mango Lassi, Chaas, Sorbet and milkshake. Smoothies like the Healthy Green Mango and Mango-Ginger also make for interesting new options. Finally if you’ve not already had your fill of the delicious fruit, why not try the Mango-Banana Sundae or Mango Crème pot for dessert. The special mango menu is available on weekends at both the Vegnation outlets at Gemini Parsn Manor and at L.B. Road.
