Nithya Menon declines Ravi Teja's next

Nithya Menon is fast earning a reputation of being very choosy about her roles and in the process doesn't seem to mind rubbing top stars in the industry the wrong way. Earlier, the actress had refused to act with Venkatesh as he was too old for her and that was followed by her "Who is Prabhas?" remark that snowballed into a controversy. Now, the latest on the young actresses is that she's said no to Ravi Teja.

The curly-haired actress, was approached to play the lead opposite Ravi Teja in his next flick to be directed by Parasuram, but apparently she turned down the offer because she did not like her role in the movie. However, Nithya Menon's loss could well turn out to be Trisha's gain. Sources close to the producer say that her refusal paves the way for actress Trisha who is also in contention for the role. The actress, will officially sign the dotted line soon.
